Our beginnings

our tribute to some of our losses.
For those of you who used to follow this site, it will be sad to see some of your favorites gone. Some of you own horses born from these mares and sires from this very page. Enjoy them, time flies and they are gone before you know it.

1999-2020 AQHA Bay Stallion, Zipped Two A Star by Zippit out of Brights Lone Star. A beautiful, kind stallion that crossed so nicely on Jack's daughters. So many wonderful babies to his credit.

1999-2023 AQHA Chestnut mare, Eye Bea Dandi Quincy, by A Two Eyed Explosion out of Quincs Dandi Chick. Dam of fillies by Zipped Two A Star

1994-2015 1994 AQHA Chestnut Stallion, A Two Eyed Explosion, by Obvious Explosion, out of Two Fox Jaqualine. Our senior stallion and best friend anyone could ever want. A joy to ride, a gentle guy to breed and a stallion that complimented every mare we crossed him on, gave us wonderful dispositions and talented working horses. We miss you everyday, Jack. We will never know another sire or mount that will match you.

1986-2011 1986 AQHA sorrel mare, STING ME BABY, by Cyclone Malone out of Stingertoo Baby. Ron thought I was crazy when I told him I was buying Sting. She had a bit of attitude problem and the kids were totally forbidden near her stall. But she quickly became one of the family and carried me to many championships and high point awards. She earned me my first AQHA All Around trophy and many AQHA Open, Amateur, and Novice amateur points. She had 4 beautiful fillies and we turned to her anytime we needed a trusted trail horse for guests or a quiet trail partner when riding out the colts. She was a big beautiful mare that showed all of us, when shown a little kindness and understanding, her gentle, kind and loyal disposition. We have been so lucky to have so many beautiful and talented horses. I miss you and Jack most of all.

1992-2012 1992 AQHA sorrel Mare, Intimate Page, (.5 H) by Page Impressive out of Datoodate, by The Intimidator. Page gave us numerous Jack babies, as well as several Zip babies. Her grand babies are our future broodmares. A big kind mare, with a heart of gold. We look forward to little Pages running through the field. Dam of 13 foals

2002-2018 2002 AQHA sorrel mare, JRV Jacks China Page, by A Two Eyed Explosion out of Intimate Page. China was a little powerhouse from the day she was born. I made the mistake of leasing her out and had to take her from a deteriorating situation. We did manage to bring her back to where we thought she would thrive. She managed to give us an adorable little filly that looks just like her only bay, by Zipped Two A Star. in 2017. She was the youngest Page daughter that we had by A Two Eyed Explosion and her filly is just as sweet as she. We look forward to her grand babies galloping about.

So Many to list

Its been a few years

2000-2022 AQHA sorrel mare, Taylor Maid Page, by A Two Eyed Explosion out of Intimate Page. Taylor was the toughest little mare with a will of stone. Taylor had just weaned her first colt, and was bred back with her only daughter when she slipped
in the mud and within a day became paralyzed in her hind end. Very long story, short. She refused to give up. She let us sling and lift her several times a day. She learned to drink from a hose and eat laying on her side. She made a full recovery and loved life to the fullest racing through the fields. Dam of 2 foals by Zipped Two A Star

A Jack daughter kept as a broodmare to cross on Zipped Two A Star

1991-2012 AQHA sorrel Mare
Brights Lone Star, by SR Star Bright out of Poco Gypsy Lady.
Star was the dam of our junior stallion. Zipped Two A Star.
Dam of 6 foals

purchased as a 2 year old as one of our founding mares to cross on A Two Eyed Explosion

1998 AQHA sorrel Mare, ImImpressive Zippo, by IRA Positive Cash Flo out of Zips Cool Imp. Talley was purchased as a yearling to cross on A Two Eyed Explosion. Dam of 6 of our foals
